Application
For rapid anchoring and fixing of steel bolts, etc. For the reparation of concrete, artificial stone and bricks, plaster and brickwork as well as compression slabs. For screeding cracks and holes of up to 20 mm width. Also to be used as a fine surface filler on floors of a thickness up to 5 mm in one operation. Can also be applied in wet zones and other permanently water-penetrated areas. 

Surface preparation
The substrate must be frost free, clean, solid and free of oil, grease, dust and of any substances which may impair adhesion. Thoroughly pre-wet the substrate without water accumulating on the surface. Prime indoors with LIP Primer 54. The following is recommended: On raw concrete dilute 1 p/v of LIP Primer 54 to 1 p/v of water. On absorbing surfaces dilute 1 p/v of LIP Primer 54 to 3 p/v of water. On non-absorbing surfaces dilute 1 p/v of LIP Primer 54 to 1/2 p/v of water. Fix when primer has dried. 

Instructions for use
Mix LIP Rapid Cement with clean water until homogeneous and completely free of lumps.
Mixing ratio (in parts by volume).
Plastic consistency 3 p/v of LIP Rapid Cement to 1 p/v of water.
Pourable consistency 2 p/v of LIP Rapid Cement to 1 p/v of water.

When working in large areas, LIP Rapid Cement can be extended at a ratio of 1:1 with oven-dried quartz sand.
Apply the product within approx. 2 - 3 minutes. Do not overstir.
